The Closing Mechanism
Under our strict transactional control, the buyer’s deposit and final balance are held securely in a dedicated escrow account. Capital is never transferred to the seller until the aircraft has passed final acceptance, the bill of sale has been executed and clear title has been registered with the FAA and the International Registry (Cape Town Convention).
